Roger extends our creative and production offerings to global brands, ad agencies, studios and networks throughout China, Japan, Taiwan, and Malaysia.

As both a Director and Professor, Roger is a diverse Emmy awarded talent with extensive experience in network television and global production.

A member of the Directors Guild of America, he has directed for Disney, NBC, Nickelodeon and the CW, including Friends, Hannah Montana, Suddenly Susan, Girlfriends, For Your Love, Haunted Hathaways, Dog with a Blog, Instant Mom, Shake It Up, Austin & Ally, iCarly, Corey in the House, Drake and Josh, and Imagination Movers.

Roger is a sought after professor, teaching storytelling and production around the world at premiere creative institutions including the USC School of Cinematic Arts, the Robert Redford Sundance Institute June Lab in Utah, Columbia University Film Division, Tokyo University of Technology, the School of Film and Television in Cuba, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beijing Film Academy, Fudan University in Shanghai, and he was a Fulbright Scholar teaching at the Taipei National University of the Arts in Taiwan.

Roger is currently a Master Director, Producer and Professor in association with the DeTao Masters Academy in Shanghai. He is involved in developing, writing and producing narrative content in Beijing and Shanghai, China. While in China, Roger is based at the Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts.
